How to use navigate the FS Pro Cloud Settings tab?

What is the FS Pro Cloud?

FS Pro Cloud serves as a centralized location where you or your users can publish content, provided this feature is activated by your IT administrator. For more comprehensive details, visit FS Pro Cloud Support.

What is an Organization?

Under an FS Pro Business license, all your users are enabled to publish their content in a collaborative space. This shared environment allows for personal folders as well as communal folders. In these shared folders, multiple users can collaboratively update various general publications, fostering an integrated workflow.

Renaming Organization

This table shows how you can easily assign licenses in the FS Pro Console.

Action

1 Navigate to the FS Pro Cloud Settings Sections.

Click on "Manage."

Click on "Rename Organization."

4 Enter in new Organization name and click "Confirm"

Once confirmation window appears, click "OK"

Result: New Organization is now displayed.

Changing Organization*

This table shows how to easily change the organization associated with the current license pack in the FS Pro Console if you have multiple license packs/organizations.

1 Navigate to the FS Pro Cloud Settings Sections.

Click on "Manage."

Click on "Change Organization."

4 Click on drop down menu to change between organizations.
5 Click "Confirm" once desired organization has been selected.

Once confirmation window appears, click "OK."

Result: Desired Organization with licenses associated to said organization will be displayed.

*This option is only available if the user is a license administrator of 2 license packs that are part of 2 different organizations, it gives him/her the opportunity to merge these license packs under the same organization.

License Association and User Integration Notification

Message displayed in the console:

This license pack is not currently associated with an FS Pro Cloud organization. For automatic user access to FS Pro Cloud, please Contact support to link an existing organization or create a new one

Issue Identified:

  • The current license pack is not associated with any FS Pro Cloud organization.

 

Required Action:

  • Contact support for assistance.
  • They will help link the license pack either to an existing FS Pro Cloud organization or assist in creating a new one.

 

Impact and Assurance:

  • Users not automatically added: Due to this issue, users will not be automatically integrated into your organization in the cloud.
  • Existing users unaffected: Users who are already part of your cloud organization will remain so and will not experience any issues.
  • Standard Notification: Receiving this message is a routine notification and does not signify a critical problem.
