I can't publish my documents to the Cloud anymore


When you want to Publish your document to the Cloud you get the following error message:

You get this error because you have reached the maximum number of 5 Published Doucments in your account.


To solve this problem, follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://fspro-cloud.informationmapping.com and log in to your account.

2. Go to your publications.

3. Remove one of your 5 Publications, bij selecting the 'Delete' button of the Publication that you want to   delete.

4. If you deleted one of your Publications, you can now use the 'Publish to Cloud' again in FS Pro 2020.
