How do I activate my FS Pro license on another device (transfer) or reassign a FS Pro license? – Information Mapping Help Center

Background

You may want to

activate your FS Pro license on another computer because you get the error message that the maximum number of systems has been reached, or
reassign an FS Pro license to a new user.

Note: By default, one FS Pro license can be used on 2 different devices.

Proceed as follows to transfer your FS Pro license.

Step	Action
1	Log in to the FS Pro Console at: https://fspro-console.informationmapping.com/ Result: You will be prompted for your login credentials.
2	In the 'Licenses' overview page, click Manage next to the license you want to transfer or reassign.
3	Click REVOKE next to the license you want to transfer or reassign. Result: A text box opens where you need to confirm your action.
4	On the same page, enter your email address if you want to transfer the FS Pro license to another device, or the email address of the user you want to reassign the license to, and Click ADD. Result: A new user will be able to use the FS Pro license, or you will be able to log in on a new device.
