There are 2 ways to disable FS Pro AI Assistant:
| If... | Then... |
| you are a License Administrator | you can "Revoke" your own license or your users' licenses in our FS Pro Console. |
| you are not a License Administrator | you will need to ask your License Administrator to do this for you. |
| you are an IT Administrator |
set AllowAIAssistant=false in the FS Pro for Word settings file (SystemSettings.dat). Users cannot unlock AI Assistant even with a valid AI license. More info how to configure the SystemSettings file can be found here |
