Title Numbering does not work

Symptom

When applying title numbering to Maps and/or Blocks, you get the following error message:

Error occurred in Title Numbering.
Message: The requested member of the collection does not exist.

Cause

Your document is not in the .docx file format.

Solution

Proceed as follows to resolve this issue:

Open Microsoft Word.

  • In Word 2007, click the Office icon in the top left corner and choose Word Options.
  • In Word 2010 or Word 2013, choose File and then Options.

Result: The Word Options window appears.

Select the menu item Save.

In the dropdown list Save files in this format, choose Word document (.docx).

Click OK to close the Word Options window.

Update: This issue is completely resolved in version 5.0.27 of FS Pro 2013. Please update to the latest version if you continue to have this issue.
