Symptom
When you start FS Pro 2013 using the Start menu in Windows (Start > All Programs > Information Mapping > FS Pro 2013 > FS Pro 2013) or using the desktop shortcut icon, nothing happens: neither Word nor FS Pro 2013 are starting up.
Cause
There is a Word template missing in your Program Files folder.
Solution
Proceed as follows to resolve this issue:
