Many FS Pro 2013 buttons are disabled

Symptom

When you start FS Pro 2013, several buttons remain disabled.

Solution

This is not an error, but by design: the FS Pro 2013 tab in Word is context-sensitive. Depending on the position of the cursor, certain buttons are enabled or disabled. This helps you to create well-structured FS Pro 2013 documents and to avoid validation errors.

The table below lists a few typical cases:

  • Info Type
  • All table buttons
  • The 6 Information Type buttons (Assisted Mode only)
