Symptom
When you open an e-mail attachment or another uneditable Word document in Microsoft Word 2013, FS Pro displays one or more errors.
Cause
FS Pro 2013's reading view causes conflicts with FS Pro 2013.
You can recognize the reading view when your Word menu only contains 3 items: File, Tools, and View.
Solution
You can easily turn off the reading view as follows:
