Applying Paragraph Styles

Summary

The Styles function lets you change text to another style.

Procedure

To change the text style

  • place your cursor on the text that you want to change, and 
  • select the desired style from the Styles drop-down list.

Result: The text changes to the new style.

Context-sensitive style options

The Styles function is context-sensitive, meaning that the styles you may select from the Styles drop-down list may change depending on where your cursor is placed. The table below identifies the style options based on cursor placement.
