Symptom
When you convert an FS Pro 4.x document to FS Pro 2013, you seem to be losing your style:
- All text is black
- Titles have the Arial font
- Block and Table text has the Times New Roman font.
Cause
When you convert a document, the style set that is set as the default in the Style Manager is applied to your document.
Solution
Before converting documents, create your own custom style set in the FS Pro 2013 Style Manager and set it as the default to retain your custom look and feel for documents.
Procedure
Proceed as follows:
Step | Action |
---|---|
1 |
Create your custom style set in the FS Pro 2013 Style Manager. |
2 |
In the Style Manager dialog window, mark your custom style set as the Default in the Style Sets list. |
3 |
Convert your FS Pro 4.x document to FS Pro 2013. Result: as part of the conversion process, the default style set (i.e. your custom one) is applied to the converted document, and your FS Pro 2013 document immediately has the correct look and feel. |
