Importing Custom Settings

Select Share Settings from the Advanced ribbon group.

Result: The Share Settings dialog box appears with a tab for Exporting Settings and another for Importing Settings.

Access the Import Settings tab.

Select the Browse button next to the Choose a zip file to import field.

Result: The Open screen displays.

Locate and select the zip file you want to import.

Result: The file name and location displays in the File Name: field.

Click Open.

Result: The Open screen closes and you are returned to the Share Settings dialog box.

Highlight the setting(s) you wish to save from the Import the following items: section.

Note: You can highlight just one of the settings, any number and combination of settings, or all of the settings when saving your settings.

Click OK.

Result: The custom settings are saved to your computer.
