Numbering Table Rows

Summary

Use the Number Rows function to automatically number the rows of a Step/Action or Stage/Description table.

Note: Alternatively, you may manually enter table row numbers.

Cursor placement

Place the cursor in the Step/Action table, or Stage/Description table where you want to enter or update the numbers.

Procedure

Click the Number Rows icon from the Present ribbon group.

Result: The row numbers are entered or updated.
