Symptom
When starting up FS Pro, you get the following error in Word 2007:
Microsoft Word has stopped working
Cause
This issue is caused by the Windows update KB3054996, a security update for Word 2007 published by Microsoft on July 13, 2015.
Solution
This issue is resolved in FS Pro 2013 version 5.0.30. If you are unable to upgrade to 5.0.30 or higher, a hotfix is available, but only for users on version 5.0.29.
Proceed as follows to install the hotfix:
