Symptom
When you start FS Pro 2013, you get the following error:
At start of FS Pro 2013 the following problem has occurred:
This is an unknown error
Cause
FS Pro cannot find the license file fspro.lic or does not have enough permissions in the Program Files directory to use it.
Solution
Move the fspro.lic file to the local user profile, as follows:

Cut the file fspro.lic. |

Paste the fspro.lic file there. |

Also in directory C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Information Mapping\FS Pro 5.0\Data, open the file LicenseConfig.dat in Notepad. |

Enter the path and filename of your fspro.lic file between the tags <Path> and </Path> For example: <Path>C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Information Mapping\FS Pro 5.0\Data\fspro.lic</Path> |

Save and close the file LicenseConfig.dat |
