Symptoms

When trying to install FS Pro 2013 or FS Pro, you get the following error:

Proceed as follows to resolve this error:

Step	Action
1	Exit Word / FS Pro (2013).
2	Download and install one of the following Microsoft Office Primary Interop Assembly redistributable packages: If you have Word 2010 or above, install from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=105522 If you have Word 2007, install from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=72637. The installation instructions are on the download page. Note that the installation gives no confirmation, it just ends.
3	You may or may not need to uninstall and reinstall FS Pro (2013) (try not reinstalling at first).
4	Restart Word / FS Pro (2013).
