How do I assign and revoke FS Pro licenses? – Information Mapping Help Center

Background

If you are the License Administrator, you can assign and revoke FS Pro licenses in the FS Pro Console.

This table shows how you can easily assign licenses in the FS Pro Console.

Step	Action
1	Log in to the FS Pro Console at: https://fspro-console.informationmapping.com/ Result: You will be asked to log in with your credentials.
2	Enter your username (your email address) and password. Result: You will see an overview of the license(s) you are entitled to.
3	In the 'Licenses' overview page, click 'Manage Users'. Result: You will see the following window:
4	Enter the email address(es) of the user(s) you want to assign a license to. Click ADD. Result: You will see the following window: Note: The new user receives an email with a notification that an FS Pro license has been assigned.

Once you have assigned licenses to users, you can also revoke these licenses.

Step	Action
1	Log in to the FS Pro Console again at: https://fspro-console.informationmapping.com/ Result: You will see an overview of the licenses you are entitled to.
2	Find the license or license group you want to change.
3	Click 'Manage Users'. Result: You will now see the users you assigned licenses to.
4	Click 'Manage Access' next to the user you want to revoke.
5	Click 'Revoke User'. Result: The user will be deleted and you can reassign the license to another user.
6	Fill in the email address, first name and last name of the new user.
7	Click 'Add User'. Result: The new user will receive an email to download and install the FS Pro software.
