Use the TAB key to create a new Block

Background

In FS Pro for Word, you can add new Blocks in a Map by pressing the TAB key on your keyboard.

Explanation

FS Pro for Word behaves as follows:

When your cursor is...

Then pressing the TAB key will...

in the last FS Pro Block in a Map, and not in a table within that Block

create a new Block after the existing Block.

not in the last FS Pro Block in a Map, and not in a table within that Block

move the cursor to the next Block label cell.

in a table within an FS Pro Block

add a new row under the existing row.

To tab text inside a block

Click or tap in front of the text or numbers you want to indent, and then press CTRL+TAB.
