How to import custom items in FS Pro for Word?

Summary

The Share Custom Items function lets you export and import all custom settings from a zip file, including

  • application settings 
  • custom tables 
  • custom style sets 
  • custom templates 
  • custom style sheets 
  • reusable Maps, and 
  • reusable Blocks.

Procedure

Follow the steps in the table below to import custom items.

Click on Share Custom Items from the Advanced ribbon group.

Result: The Share Settings dialog box appears with a tab for Exporting Settings and another for Importing Settings.

Choose the Import Settings tab.

Click on the Browse button to search the zip file to import.

Locate, select the zip file you want to import and click Open

Check the item(s) you want to import.

Click OK.

Result: The custom items are imported in your FS Pro ribbon.
