No active license

Symptom

  • I have paid for a license. Why doesn't it show up here?
  • I renewed my license, but it says I don't have a license?
  • I just purchased a 1 month standard subscription but when I tried to login i receive a message that no license is assigned to my email address.

No license is assigned to your email. Please login to the FS Pro Console to assign your license or contact support at help@informationmapping.com

Possible Cause

You have an active license, but it may not yet be associated with your user account, or it may be associated with a different email address.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

Go to the license portal:
https://fspro-console.informationmapping.com

Log in with the email address of the license administrator or the email that was used during your purchase.

If you see an active license listed:

  • Click the Manage Users button.
  • Check if your email address is listed under the assigned users.

If your email is not listed:

  • Enter your email and name in the fields provided.
  • Click Add User to assign the license to yourself.

Once added, try logging in again through FS Pro.
