Summary
The Update Settings function allows you to set up FS Pro for Word to make automatic updates to the software at specified intervals. Or, you can set it up so you can manually update the software whenever you like.
IMPORTANT: This is only applicable when you are the administrator of your pc. If someone else is admin, the update happens differently.
Setting the Update Settings
Follow the steps in the table below to set the Update Settings for automatic or manual updates.

Manually updating the software
If you have set the Update Settings not to check for updates, you will need to update the FS Pro software manually. To do so, follow the steps in the table below.

Restarting Microsoft Word
For FS Pro for Word updates to take effect, you must restart Microsoft Word after the update has occurred, regardless of whether FS Pro is automatically or manually updated.
