Installation error
When you are installing the FS Pro for Word you see this message
Cause
The FS Pro for Word has not recognized the version of MS Office you have on your computer. This may be for the following reasons:
- You don't have the desktop version of MS Word installed on your computer.
- You are using the pre-installed version of MS Office on your computer.
- Error in the installation process.
Procedure
To find out what problem the FS Pro for Word is having to be installed, follow these steps:

Result: A list of all installed apps appears in the right pane.

- Install the desktop version of MS Office.
- Try installing the FS Pro for Word again.

Note: The computer is probably new and came with MS Office installed along with Windows 10. This version of MS Office is not recognized by the FS Pro for Word as it is not the full desktop version.

- Uninstall this version.
- Install the full desktop version.
- Try installing the FS Pro for Word again.

- Please download the following file and run it:
FS Pro for Word Register Key
- This file will add the record that the FS Pro 2020 did not locate on your computer.
- Try to install the FS Pro for Word again.
