Background
Your firewall may block the automatic activation of FS Pro for Word.
To allow automatic activation of FS Pro for Word, your network administrator can use the information below to open the firewall.
Required information
The following information is helpful for network administrators opening the firewall:
- URL/Server: https://fspro-console.informationmapping.com
- Traffic type: HTTPS - in and out
- HTTPS Method: POST/PUT
- Firewall Port: Port 443
- TLS: 1.1 / 1.2

How to disable the firewall?
In windows 10,8,7.

Open Control Panel. |

Select System and Security.
Note: This option is only visible if you have the "View by:" option set to "Category." If you're viewing the Control Panel applets in icon view, skip to the next step.

Select Windows Firewall.
Note: Depending on the set up of your computer, this might be called "Windows Defender Firewall". If so, treat every instance of "Windows Firewall" below as if it read "Windows Defender Firewall."

On the left side of the "Windows Firewall" screen, select Turn Windows Firewall on or off.

Select Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended).

Click OK to save the changes. |
Note:If you are still not able to sign into FS Pro for Word, check your antivirus settings.
